First Week and a half of School

We have had an amazing first week and a half of school! The students have gone a great job adjusting to full day school. They have really gotten down the policies and procedures, so our day is running smoothly!

Reading

Last week we focused on identifying and learning the sounds of A-C! The students really seem to be picking it up.

It was such a pleasure to meet all of you and your children! I feel truly blessed to get to work with such incredible students and families! Thank you for coming and helping your child with all of the activities!

I have taken lots of pictures this year. Please feel free to look and download any that you would like to have of your child! We have had lots of fun and it has been a please to be their teacher! I will miss them a lot!

Field Trip

Please have the students to the classroom by 8:30 am. We will be loading the buses at 9 am and then head to Dodge City. In Dodge, we will be going to the zoo, then going to the park. First we will eat at the park and then we will have fun playing! Please send a SACK LUNCH with your child that day, so they have food to eat for lunch. We will be getting back to the school by 1:30 pm. The children are very excited about the field trip! They talked about it all last week!

Spring Concert/Graduation

Tuesday, May 19th is the Spring Concert and Preschool Graduation! Please have the students in the classroom by 6:45 pm. We will be singing three songs and then handing out diplomas.

It would be greatly appreciated if families donated a dozen cookies each, so we could have refreshments afterwards. Thank you!
